Job summary

RVSiGlobal is seeking a System Engineer-VOIP to join the Unified Communications team. You will provide technical support, administer UC platforms, and troubleshoot enterprise telephony systems to ensure high availability and customer satisfaction.

Location: Jammu and Gurugram (On-Site). Full-Time role reporting to the Unified Communications Team Lead / Service Desk Manager. You will mentor teammates and help drive continual improvement in service delivery.

Qualifications

• Experience in UC/VoIP engineering and enterprise telephony.
• Strong knowledge of SIP, RTP/RTCP, and network protocols.
• Familiarity with VoIP platforms and troubleshooting in SLA-driven ITSM environments.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support and troubleshooting for UC/VoIP platforms.
• Resolve incidents, manage service requests, and maintain SLA compliance.
• Mentor junior engineers and contribute to process improvements.
• Create and maintain technical documentation and knowledge articles.

RVSiGlobal is seeking a System Engineer- VOIP with a strong technicalbackground and a passion for problem-solving to join their growing team. Thisrole is integral to ensuring seamless communication solutions for a wide rangeof customers, delivering outstanding support and service.

As a key escalation point within client's Unified Communications (UC) supportteam, you will work closely with the broader Service Desk to deliver experttechnical resolutions, mentor team members, and help drive continualimprovement in service delivery. You will be responsible for resolving complexincidents, fulfilling service requests, and ensuring issues are handledefficiently and professionally.

Role Summary

Requirements

Key Responsibilities

• Support and maintain3CX, Webex, Mitel, Microsoft Teams DirectRouting and AudioCodes SBCs.
• TroubleshootSIP, RTP, call routing, connectivity, SBC andvoice-quality issues.
• Support Contact Centre, Voicemail, Softphone and UC environments.
• Manage incidents and service requests within agreedSLAs/ITILprocesses.
• Perform root-cause analysis and implement preventative solutions.
• Work with carriers, vendors and internal Network/Infrastructureteams.
• Support upgrades, migrations, changes and platform enhancements.
• Maintain technical documentation and knowledge articles.
• Identify automation and continuous-improvement opportunities.
• Provide guidance and mentoring to junior engineers.

Skills & Experience

• Professional experience inUC/VoIP engineering and enterprisetelephony.
• Strong knowledge ofSIP, RTP/RTCP, TCP/IP, DNS and DHCP.
• Good understanding ofrouting, switching, VLANs, NAT,firewalls and QoS.
• Experience analysingSIP traces, logs and packetcaptures/Wireshark.
• Strong troubleshooting, analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Experience working inSLA-driven Service Desk/ITSMenvironments.
• Knowledge ofITIL, incident, problem and change management.
• Strong communication, customer-service and ownership skills.

Desirable

• Experience withAudioCodes Mediant SBC, Teams Direct Routing,3CX, Mitel MiVoice Business, Webex and SIP Trunking.
• PowerShell/scripting and automation experience.
• ITIL Foundation, CCNA/Network+, Microsoft Teams or relevant vendorcertifications.
