Qualifications

• Diploma or BE/B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering.
• 0–2 years experience; freshers with relevant knowledge may apply.
• Basic knowledge of BOM, BOQ, MRP, and production planning.
• Understanding of engineering drawings and manufacturing processes.
• Good knowledge of MS Excel.
• Strong coordination and analytical skills.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and verify BOM and BOQ as per drawings and orders.
• Prepare daily and weekly production plans and schedules.
• Calculate material requirements and coordinate with Purchase/Stores.
• Track production progress, WIP and pending orders.
• Coordinate with R&D, Production, QC, Purchase, Stores and Dispatch.
• Monitor targets and ensure timely order completion.
• Identify shortages and report to the reporting manager.
• Maintain production reports, planning sheets and MIS in Excel/ERP.
• Monitor material consumption and wastage.
• Support process improvement and reduce delays.

Role & Responsibilities

• Prepare and verify BOM (Bill of Materials) and BOQ (Bill of Quantities) as per approved drawings and customer orders.
• Prepare daily and weekly production plans and schedules.
• Calculate material requirements and coordinate with Purchase and Stores for material availability.
• Track production progress, work-in-progress (WIP), and pending orders.
• Coordinate with R&D, Production, QC, Purchase, Stores, and Dispatch teams.
• Monitor production targets and ensure timely order completion.
• Identify material shortages and production delays and report them to the reporting manager.
• Maintain production reports, material planning sheets, and order tracking MIS in Excel/ERP.
• Monitor material consumption and wastage.
• Support process improvement and reduction of production delays.

Skills & Qualifications

Must-Have

• Diploma / BE / B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering.
