Job summary

Cepheid is seeking an MES Engineer to support and enhance manufacturing operations by designing, developing, implementing, and maintaining MES solutions. The role ensures production continuity, system reliability, and data integrity within a regulated manufacturing environment.

• Design, configure, develop, and implement MES solutions to support manufacturing operations.
• Maintain and enhance MES functionality to meet evolving business and operational requirements.
• Support system integrations with ERP, SAP, and other manufacturing systems.
• Manage MES configuration, modeling, and controlled system changes.
• Provide hands-on support for production-impacting MES issues.
• Investigate, troubleshoot, and resolve MES-related incidents using root cause analysis methodologies.
• Implement temporary workarounds when necessary while driving permanent corrective actions.
• Monitor system performance and proactively identify improvement opportunities.

MES System Development & Support

• Design, configure, develop, and implement Manufacturing Execution System (MES) solutions to support manufacturing operations.
• Maintain and enhance MES functionality to meet evolving business and operational requirements.
• Support system integrations with enterprise platforms such as ERP, SAP, and other manufacturing systems.

Production Support & Troubleshooting
