We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical MES Engineer to join our team in Bengaluru, India. As an MES Engineer, you will play a crucial role in implementing, maintaining, and optimizing our Manufacturing Execution Systems to enhance production efficiency and quality.

• Design, develop, and implement MES solutions to improve manufacturing processes and productivity
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate MES with other systems such as ERP, SCADA, and PLCs
• Analyze production data and generate reports to identify areas for improvement
• Troubleshoot and resolve MES-related issues to minimize downtime
• Develop and maintain documentation for MES processes and procedures
• Provide training and support to end-users on MES functionality
• Stay up-to-date with the latest MES technologies and industry trends
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives and Industry 4.0 projects

Job Requirement:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
• 7+ years of experience in MES implementation and support
• Strong knowledge of Manufacturing Execution Systems and their applications
• Proficiency in programming languages such as C#, Java, and SQL
• Experience with database management and industrial automation systems
