Salary Range: ₹15,000 – ₹23,000 per month

Role Overview

We are looking for a Junior Interior Designer to join our team for commercial interior projects only (hospitality, restaurants, cafés, and related commercial spaces).

This role requires strong 2D drafting expertise (approx. 70%) with supporting 3D visualization skills (approx. 30%).

Key Responsibilities

Design & Technical Execution

• Prepare accurate and detailed 2D drawings including layout plans, working drawings, elevations, and sections using AutoCAD.
• Develop space planning for commercial interiors with focus on circulation, seating layouts, and operational efficiency.
• Assist in basic 3D modeling and visualization to communicate design intent.

Concept & Material Development

• Support design conceptualization through mood boards, sketches, and presentations.
• Coordinate FF&E (Furniture, Fixtures & Equipment) for hospitality projects.

Project Coordination

• Coordinate with architects, contractors, consultants, and vendors for smooth project execution.
• Assist in tracking project timelines, drawings, and site requirements.
• Support budget control and value engineering initiatives.

Compliance & Quality

• Ensure designs comply with commercial building codes, fire & safety regulations, and accessibility standards.
• Maintain design quality during execution and site coordination.
• Stay updated with current trends in hospitality and commercial interior design.
• Contribute ideas to enhance guest experience and brand consistency.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Degree/Diploma in Interior Design or related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in commercial interior projects only (hospitality experience preferred).
• Strong proficiency in AutoCAD (mandatory).
• Working knowledge of 3D modeling and rendering software (SketchUp / V-Ray / Enscape / 3ds Max / equivalent).
• Clear understanding of commercial drawings, detailing, and site execution.
• Good coordination, communication, and time-management skills.
