Job summary

Knowledge Center in Gurugram is seeking a creative Interior Designer to lead concept development and prepare high-quality drawings for residential, commercial, or mixed-use projects. You will translate design intent into clear visual concepts and precise technical drawings across diverse spaces.

The role requires 0–3 years of interior design experience, proficiency in industry software, strong space planning, and effective communication to coordinate with project teams and clients.

Qualifications

• Degree/Diploma in Interior Design or Architecture.
• 0–3 years of experience in interior design with strong concept and drawing skills.
• Proficient in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, 3ds Max, or similar design software.
• Strong understanding of space planning, materials, finishes, and detailing.
• Good visualization, presentation, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop innovative interior design concepts aligned with project briefs, brand identity, and client requirements.
• Prepare concept presentations, mood boards, space planning layouts, and material palettes.
• Produce detailed drawings including layouts, elevations, sections, RCPs, and details.
• Coordinate with architects, consultants, and project teams to ensure design alignment.
• Ensure designs comply with relevant standards, codes, and project specifications.
• Prepare 3D views, sketches, and visualizations to communicate design intent.
• Support design development through all stages – concept, schematic, and detailed design.
• Assist in material selection, finishes, furniture, lighting, and fixture specifications.
• Incorporate feedback from clients and internal teams into design revisions.
• Maintain design documentation and drawing standards.

Role Overview
