Job summary

Prime Placement & HR Solution Private Limited is seeking a Graduate/ Diploma Export candidate with 1+ years of experience as Export & Import Documentation Executive in Freight Forwarding or Custom Clearance. The role liaises with customs officers, freight forwarders, shipping lines and internal teams.

You will create and verify documents like Invoice, Packing List, B/L and Certificate of Origin, track shipments end-to-end, and handle duties/taxes assessment and payments.

Responsibilities

• Track import/export shipments from origin to destination and liaise with customs officers, freight forwarders, shipping lines and internal teams.

• Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth clearance and timely shipments.
