Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Commerce, or a related field.
• 0–2 years of experience in finance/accounting roles; freshers welcome.
• Basic understanding of accounting principles and financial processes.
• Familiarity with Zoho Books or accounting software is preferred.
• Proficient in Excel and Google Sheets.
• Knowledge of GST, TDS, and statutory compliance is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Good communication and coordination abilities.
• Willingness to learn in a fast-paced startup.

Responsibilities

• Assist in reconciliation of bank accounts, credit cards, and client/vendor ledgers.
• Support day-to-day accounting operations using Zoho Books, including invoicing, accounts payable, and accounts receivable.
• Maintain financial records and documentation accurately.
• Assist in GST, TDS, PF, and PT related documentation and compliance processes.
• Prepare basic MIS reports, data entries, and documentation.
• Support budgeting, expense tracking, and cash flow monitoring activities.
• Coordinate with internal teams and vendors for finance-related queries and follow-ups.
• Assist during internal and external audits by organizing required documents.
• Help identify process improvements for smoother finance operations.

Role Overview

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Finance Executive to support our finance and accounting operations. The ideal candidate will assist in managing daily financial activities, maintaining accurate records, ensuring compliance, and supporting the finance team in smooth business operations.
