Aufgaben

• Maintain accurate books in Zoho Books and record routine transactions.
• Record all routine financial transactions including sales, purchases, expenses, and journal entries.
• Perform timely bank and ledger reconciliations.
• Ensure proper documentation to maintain audit-ready records at all times.
• Raise accurate invoices based on various models (project-based, milestone-based, recurring/SaaS).
• Track receivables and follow up with customers for timely collections.
• Maintain AR aging reports and provide regular status updates.
• Process vendor bills and manage accounts payable schedules.
• Ensure payments are executed punctually following internal approvals.
• Track, verify, and categorize company expenses accurately.
• Prepare GST returns (GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, etc.) accurately and on time.
• Reconcile GST data regularly (sales, purchases, Input Tax Credit).
• Organize data for TDS and other statutory compliance requirements.
• Adhere to tax/compliance timelines.
• Generate MIS reports including P&L, cash flow, and AR/AP aging.
• Maintain financial summaries and dashboards.
• Provide clean data to support internal decision-making.
• Follow established finance SOPs and Zoho finance workflows.
• Ensure optimal usage of Zoho finance tools.

• Record all routine financial transactions including sales, purchases, expenses, and journal entries.
• Perform timely bank and ledger reconciliations.

Requirements

• Experience: 2–5 years of proven experience in accounting or finance operations.
• Education: B.Com / M.Com or an equivalent degree in Finance/Commerce.
• Taxation: Strong hands-on experience in bookkeeping and direct involvement in GST filings.
• Compliance: Solid understanding of Indian GST, TDS, and general compliance processes.
• Software: Practical experience working with Zoho Books and high proficiency in Excel / Google Sheets .
• Soft Skills: Strong customer follow-up, negotiation, and collections management skills.
• Mindset: High attention to detail, exceptional accuracy, and a strong ownership mindset to manage multiple tasks independently.
