Job summary

Vizmo in Bengaluru is seeking a Finance Executive to handle day-to-day finance operations with hands-on experience in AR, AP, bookkeeping, reconciliations, collections, and MIS reporting.

The role requires proactive, detail-oriented candidates who can manage invoicing, vendor payments, reconciliations, and statutory compliance in a fast-paced environment. Zoho Books proficiency is mandatory.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of experience in Finance Accounts.
• Proven knowledge of AR, AP, GST, and TDS.
• Zoho Books experience is mandatory.

Responsibilities

• Manage Accounts Receivable and Payable, invoicing and collections.
• Maintain books in Zoho Books and ensure accuracy.
• Perform bank, customer, vendor, and ledger reconciliations.
• Track customer aging and payment commitments; follow up on overdue payments.
• Verify vendor invoices, payments, GST, TDS, and supporting documents.
• Prepare weekly/monthly MIS and aging reports.
• Support GST, TDS, and other statutory compliance.
• Assist with month-end closing, audits, and cash-flow tracking.
• Coordinate with Sales, Operations, HR, vendors, and customers on finance matters.

Job Summary

We are looking for a Finance Executive with hands-on experience in AR, AP, bookkeeping, reconciliations, collections, and MIS reporting. The ideal candidate should be proactive, detail-oriented, and comfortable handling day-to-day finance operations in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage Accounts Receivable Payable, including invoicing, collections, vendor payments, and follow-ups.
• Maintain accurate books of accounts in Zoho Books.
• Perform bank, customer, vendor, and ledger reconciliations.
• Track customer outstanding, aging, and payment commitments.
• Follow up with customers for overdue payments and resolve billing/payment queries.
• Verify vendor invoices, payments, GST, TDS, and supporting documents.
• Prepare weekly/monthly MIS and aging reports.
• Support GST, TDS, and other statutory compliance.
• Assist with month-end closing, audits, and cash-flow tracking.
• Coordinate with Sales, Operations, HR, vendors, and customers on finance-related matters.

Qualifications Experience

• 1-3 years of experience in Finance Accounts.
• B.Com / Bachelors degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
• Zoho Books experience is mandatory.
• Good knowledge of AR, AP, bookkeeping, reconciliations, GST TDS.
• Strong Excel and communication skills.
• Experience in a startup or service-based company is preferred.
