Express Global Logistics is seeking a Jr. Executive – Air Freight Operations & Commercials to support day-to-day air freight operations, shipment coordination, documentation, and commercial activities.

The candidate will coordinate with customers, airlines, agents, and internal teams to ensure smooth and timely shipment execution. The role requires 1–3 years of experience in Air Freight/Freight Forwarding, strong communication, and proficiency in MS Excel.

Qualifikationen

• Graduate with 1–3 years’ experience in Air Freight / Freight Forwarding.
• Good understanding of air freight operations and documentation.
• Strong communication, coordination, follow-up, and customer service skills.
• Good knowledge of MS Excel and email communication.

Aufgaben

• Handle customer coordination for air freight import/export shipments.
• Coordinate with customers, airlines, agents, transporters, and internal teams.
• Provide timely updates on bookings, flight schedules, shipment status, delays, and delivery.
• Follow up for shipment documents, approvals, and pending requirements.
• Handle customer queries and ensure timely resolution of operational issues.
• Prepare and maintain shipment trackers, MIS, and documentation including MAWB/HAWB.
• Support quotations, rate requests, billing, and commercial coordination.
• Ensure compliance with company SOPs and air freight procedures.
