Responsibilities

• Maintaining day‑to‑day books of accounts (sales, purchase, expenses, bank, petty cash).
• Posting journal entries and ensuring proper documentation of all financial transactions.
• Assisting in preparing monthly MIS reports and financial statements.
• Supporting statutory compliances – GST, TDS, Income Tax filings.
• Assisting in month‑end and year‑end book closing.
• Coordinating with auditors, vendors, and internal teams for data sharing and queries.

Requirements

• Knowledge of Tally (any accounting software).
