Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Maintain books of accounts including data entry, vouchers, and ledgers
• Assist in preparation of financial statements and reports
• Record purchase, sales, expense, and bank transactions
• Perform bank and ledger reconciliations
• Assist in GST compliance including GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, and reconciliations
• Support income tax work such as TDS entries and basic return preparation
• Handle invoice processing and expense verification
• Maintain proper documentation and filing of financial records
• Coordinate with seniors, clients, and auditors as required
• Ensure accuracy and compliance with accounting standards and timelines
