Zoho in India is seeking a diligent accounting professional to maintain day-to-day books, post journal entries, and assist in month-end closings.

You will support MIS reporting, statutory compliances including GST and TDS, and coordinate with auditors and vendors to ensure data accuracy.

Formación

• Knowledge of basic accounting and bookkeeping processes.
• Familiarity with GST, TDS, and income tax filings.
• Proficiency in MS Excel (VLOOKUPs, pivot tables).

Responsabilidades

• Maintain day-to-day books: sales, purchase, expenses, bank, petty cash.
• Post journal entries with proper documentation.
• Assist in monthly MIS reports and financial statements.
• Support statutory compliances incl. GST, TDS, and income tax filings.
• Assist month-end and year-end book closing.
• Coordinate with auditors, vendors, and internal teams for data sharing.

• Maintaining day-to-day books of accounts (sales, purchase, expenses, bank, petty cash).
• Posting journal entries and ensuring proper documentation of all financial transactions.
• Assisting in preparing monthly MIS reports and financial statements.
• Supporting in statutory compliances – GST, TDS, Income Tax filings.
• Assisting in month-end and year-end book closing.
• Coordinating with auditors, vendors, and internal teams for data sharing and queries.

Requirements

• Knowledge of Tally (any accounting software).
• Basic understanding of GST, TDS, and other statutory compliances.
• Proficiency in MS Excel (vlookups, pivots preferred).
