Job summary

Motherson is seeking a logistics/operations professional to manage material dispatch, ASN posting, and vehicle scheduling in our automotive division. The role emphasizes timely invoicing and coordinating with transport partners to ensure on-time deliveries.

Ideal candidates have 3–5 years of relevant experience in production, logistics, or automotive operations and familiarity with invoicing portals and vendor-specific systems.

Qualifications

• Diploma or BE/B.Tech in Automobile/Production/Mechanical or related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in logistics, invoicing or automotive operations.
• Knowledge of invoicing portals and MSIL/TATA is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Dispatch material as per schedule.
• ASN preparation, timely ASN posting.
• Ensure truck utilisation and on-time vehicle arrangement.
• Invoice preparation.
