growth and market share for a global brand across priority categories, or own the growth of a
brand across specific geographies.
This is a business ownership role with a strong e-commerce and demand-shaping
core. You will own the number, identify what needs to change to deliver it, lead a team to

What We Are Looking For
E-commerce experience is essential for this role.
The ideal candidate will have:
- 4–7 years of experience, with meaningful experience in e-commerce growth, category management, demand shaping or online business management.
- Experience working with a consumer brand, e-commerce marketplace/platform or a digitally led business.
