Job summary

Vilas Transcore Limited in Vadodara is seeking a detail-oriented Junior Accounts Executive with 2+ years of experience in manufacturing or industrial accounting. You will work with SAP, Tally Prime, and support balance sheet preparation and statutory compliance.

You will record transactions in SAP and Tally Prime, maintain ledgers, assist in closing processes, handle GST, TDS, and other statutory activities, and generate MIS reports for management.

Qualifications

• Degree in commerce/finance with strong accounting knowledge.
• Hands-on experience in SAP and Tally Prime preferred.
• Knowledge of GST, TDS and statutory accounting requirements.

Responsibilities

• Record and maintain daily accounting transactions in SAP and Tally Prime.
• Prepare and maintain journals, ledgers, cash book, bank book, and purchase/sales registers.
• Assist in Balance Sheet preparation and finalization of financial statements.
• Perform bank reconciliations and vendor/customer account reconciliations.
• Process accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions.
• Prepare payment vouchers, receipts, debit notes, and credit notes.
• Assist in monthly, quarterly, and annual closing of accounts.
• Maintain fixed asset records and depreciation schedules.
• Support GST, TDS, and other statutory compliance activities.
• Coordinate with auditors during internal and statutory audits.
• Maintain proper accounting records and documentation.
• Generate MIS reports and financial reports as required by management.
• Ensure compliance with company accounting policies and statutory regulations.
