Onestop Brands in Mumbai invites an Accounts Executive/Junior Accountant to join our finance team. You will manage daily accounting entries, maintain ledgers, and support GST/TDS compliance while ensuring accurate records.

The role requires meticulous attention to detail, proficiency with MS Excel and accounting software, and ERP experience. You will interact with internal teams and assist audits and monthly closings to keep financial processes running smoothly.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or commerce is preferred.
• Experience with GST, TDS, and reconciliations is required.
• Strong MS Excel and accounting software proficiency.

Responsabilités

• Handle daily accounting entries: sales, purchases, expenses, and journals.
• Maintain ledgers, invoices, vouchers, and records.
• Assist with GST and TDS calculations, docs, and returns.
• Perform bank, vendor, and customer reconciliations.
• Verify vendor bills and assist with payments.
• Maintain records of outstanding payments and receipts.
• Prepare basic MIS reports and assist month-end closing.
• Coordinate with internal teams to resolve discrepancies.
• Support internal and statutory audits.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain ledgers, invoices, vouchers, and financial records.
• Assist with GST and TDS calculations, documentation, and return preparation.
• Perform bank, vendor, and customer reconciliations.
• Verify vendor bills and assist with payment processing.
• Maintain records of outstanding payments and receipts.
• Prepare basic MIS reports and assist with monthly closing activities.
• Coordinate with internal teams to resolve accounting discrepancies.
• Support internal and statutory audits.

Skills & Requirements

• Good knowledge of accounting principles and daily accounting operations.
• Working knowledge of GST, TDS, and reconciliations.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software.
• ERP experience is preferred
• Good attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to meet deadlines.
