Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage IT Security operations.
• Administer ISMS, implement IS policies and IT procedures.
• Knowledge of Vulnerability Management, Incident Management, and Threat Intelligence.
• Hands-on with security products: IPS/IDS, Proxy, Anti-virus, Load Balancers, WAF, PAM, DAM, DLP, XDR, NAC, Deception, Firewalls.
• Coordinate with vendors, IT-Security, Networking, Datacenter and dev teams on security requirements.
• Interface between business and technology, documenting technical solutions.
• Handle IT audits, System Audits, Cyber Security frameworks and IT compliance.
• Manage IT Security operations and infrastructure, maintain tools and monitor policy compliance.
• Stay updated with security trends to improve security posture.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage various aspects of IT Security operations.
• Administer the Information Security Management System, including the implementation of IS Policies and IT Procedures.
• Possess process knowledge around Vulnerability Management, Incident Management, and Threat Intelligence.
• Demonstrate technical proficiency and hands-on experience with various security products, such as IPS/IDS, Proxy, Anti-virus, Load Balancers, WAF, PAM, DAM, DLP, XDR, NAC, Proxy, Deception, Firewalls, etc.
• Coordinate with software vendors, internal operations teams, IT-Security, Networking, IT-Datacenter, Software Development, and other stakeholders on operational and strategic security requirements.
• Act as the interface between business and technology, providing technical solutions and documenting them.
• Handle IT audits, System Audits, Cyber Security frameworks, and IT compliance.
• Manage all IT Security operations and infrastructure.
• Maintain all IT Security tools and technology.
• Monitor compliance with internal and external policies.
• Team management, working independently and managing shifts.
• Exhibit excellent communication, documentation, and presentation skills.
