About the Role

Super Dry Desiccant India Pvt Ltd is looking for a dedicated and technically skilled Machinist / FFS Machine Operator to join our production team. The ideal candidate should have hands‑on experience with FFS machines, be comfortable working in an industrial environment, and ensure smooth, safe, and efficient machine operation.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate, monitor, and maintain FFS (Form Fill Seal) machines used in the production of desiccant packets.
• Ensure machine setup, calibration, and changeovers as per production requirements.
• Perform routine maintenance, cleaning, and minor troubleshooting of mechanical issues.
• Inspect output quality and ensure adherence to company standards.
• Maintain production logs, shift reports, and follow SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures).
• Work closely with the quality team to ensure consistent product quality.
• Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean work environment.
• Report equipment faults or abnormalities to the supervisor promptly.

Required Qualifications

• ITI Pass (Fitter, Machinist, Electrician, or similar trade).
• Basic knowledge of industrial machines or packaging machines.
• Freshers and candidates with 1–2 years of machine operation experience are welcome.
• Strong mechanical aptitude.
• Ability to operate and manage FFS or similar packaging equipment.

Working Hours

Full‑time, factory shift timings (to be informed during interview).
