Job summary

Photon in Hyderabad, India is seeking an experienced Jira/JSM Administrator to configure projects, workflows and request types, and to build a scalable service catalog. You will implement SLA policies and escalation paths, and automate routing and notifications to keep ITSM processes efficient.

You'll develop operational dashboards and reports for service teams, work with Jira Cloud environments, and ensure alignment with ITIL practices.

Qualifications

• 3-7 years of experience configuring Jira or Jira Service Management.
• Experience with workflows, screens, and custom fields.
• Experience with Jira automation and dashboards.
• Familiarity with ITSM processes and service workflows.
