Job summary

SRS Infoway is seeking an experienced Atlassian Administrator to migrate Jira/Confluence and Jira Service Management from datacenter to Jira SaaS, and to perform Atlassian Cloud migrations with minimal downtime.

The role includes administering Jira Cloud instances, managing users and permissions, and implementing SSO/SAML integrations. You will also automate tasks using ScriptRunner, Jira Automation, and JMWE to streamline workflows.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Jira setup, migration and customization.
• Understanding of groovy/python scripts used in automation of workflows in Jira.
• Hands-on experience with Atlassian Cloud migrations using JCMA/CCMA.
• Knowledge of Jira Cloud & Data Center administration and best practices.
