Job summary

InfoWryt Solutions LLP in Bengaluru seeks a Jira Administration expert to manage cloud-based Jira, configure projects, issues types, and schemas, and implement automation rules. You will work with JSM, dashboards and reports, integrate ScriptRunner or JMWE, and support ITIL ITSM processes in a 24x7 environment as a team player.

Prior experience with Jira Cloud, Jira automation, JQL, and third-party apps is required.

Qualifications

• Good knowledge of Jira Administration (cloud)
• Strong understanding of project configurations, issue types, and schemas
• Experience with JSM, Jira automation rules, JQL, and dashboard/report creation.
• Experience with third-party Atlassian Marketplace apps (ScriptRunner, JMWE, Automation for Jira).
• Exposure to ITIL processes or ITSM environments.
• Flexible to work in a 24x7 support model and a team player.

Responsibilities

• Configure and administer Jira Cloud instances including projects, workflows, and schemas.
• Create and maintain dashboards and reports to support ITSM processes.
• Leverage JSM, Jira automation, and JQL to streamline operations.
• Integrate and administer Marketplace apps (ScriptRunner, JMWE, Automation for Jira).
• Work within a 24x7 support model and collaborate with the team.
