• Ensure a delightful customer experience for every walk-in customer.

• Provide post-sales support and resolve customer queries efficiently.
• Achieve defined acquisition and revenue targets for the store.
• Oversee all store operations, including billing and system usage.
• Manage inventory levels and ensure stock availability at all times.
• Ensure merchandising visibility and proper display of products.
• Maintain a smooth supply chain and inventory management process.
• Handle daily cash deposit and reconciliation.
• Manage utility payments and basic store maintenance.
