We are looking for a skilled Network Product Field Engineer to provide technical support for data center networking products, troubleshoot complex network issues, and drive customer issue resolution.

Key Skills Required

• Routing & Switching: Ethernet, VLAN, STP, LACP, OSPF, BGP, VPC
• Networking Protocols: SNMP, DHCP, IGMP, VRRP, TACACS
• Network Troubleshooting and Root Cause Analysis
• VMware / Hyper-V / KVM and Operating Systems
• Network Monitoring Tools and Scripting
• Fibre Channel and FCoE fundamentals
• Strong Customer Communication and Technical Support

Preferred

CCNA or higher certification, with experience in IXIA or Spirent tools.
