Job summary

Coforge in Bengaluru is seeking an experienced L3 production/application support engineer to maintain Java-based enterprise applications, monitor system health, and troubleshoot complex issues.

You will perform RCA, craft reliable fixes, optimize SQL queries for data validation, and coordinate with development teams for deployments and post-release monitoring.

This role requires strong incident and change management contributions and the ability to create clear KBs and SOPs to prevent repeats.

• Monitor application health, logs, and system performance.
• Debug Java applications to identify code-level and configuration-related issues.
• Write and optimize SQL queries for data validation, troubleshooting, and issue resolution.
• Coordinate with L3/Development teams for code fixes and deployments.
• Participate in incident management, problem management, and change management activities.
• Support production releases, deployment validation, and post-release monitoring.
• Create and maintain support documentation, KB articles, and SOPs.
