Job summary

DMart in Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu, seeks an experienced Application/Production Support professional with deep expertise in SQL, Linux/Unix, and Java/Golang for debugging and production issue analysis. The role requires strong knowledge of REST APIs, microservices and distributed systems, plus hands-on log analysis and monitoring using Grafana, Kibana, Splunk, and related tools.

Qualifications

• 25 years of experience in Application/Production Support.
• Strong knowledge of SQL and database troubleshooting.
• Good understanding of Linux/Unix commands.
• Working knowledge of Java or Golang for application debugging and production issue analysis.
• Understanding of REST APIs, Microservices, and distributed systems.
• Experience with application log analysis and monitoring tools (Grafana, Kibana, Splunk, ELK, AppDynamics, Dynatrace, etc.).
• Experience with Jira, ServiceNow, or similar ticketing platforms.
• Good understanding of Incident, Problem, Change, and Release Management.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting and communication skills.
