Job summary

GlobalLogic, a Hitachi Group Company, seeks a Production Support Engineer in Pune, India, with 4–6 years of experience to monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize enterprise applications. You will collaborate with development, infrastructure, DevOps, and cloud teams to resolve incidents and ensure SLA adherence.

You will perform deployment validation, post-release monitoring, and prepare RCA reports, while identifying automation opportunities to reduce recurring incidents.

Qualifications

• Automation experience with Selenium and Java.
• JMeter, Microservices, Java, Linux, SQL, shell scripting.
• Splunk log analysis and Postman testing.
• Nice-to-have: Snowflake, Grafana; GCP and monitoring tools are a plus.
