Job summary

GlobalLogic is seeking a Production Support engineer to monitor and troubleshoot enterprise applications, collaborate with DevOps and cloud teams, and ensure SLA-adherent incident handling. The role involves on-call duties, deployment validation, and ongoing process improvements.

Experience in automation using Selenium with Java, JMeter, and cloud familiarity (GCP is a plus) will be valuable as you work across Linux, SQL, and monitoring tools like Splunk and Grafana to maintain service health.
