Job summary

GlobalLogic is seeking a Data Analyst/BI Developer with 4-7 years of experience to build scalable analytics solutions and derive insights from large datasets. You will work across the data stack, from querying big data platforms to building executive dashboards.

The role requires strong SQL, Python (Pandas, PySpark), and Power BI skills, plus experience with Snowflake, Hive, and Presto/Trino. Location: Bangalore (preferable) / Noida (acceptable).

Qualifications

• 4-7 years of data analytics, BI, or data engineering experience.
• Advanced SQL – window functions, CTEs, query tuning, semi-structured data handling.
• Experience with Snowflake and at least one of Hive/Presto/Trino/SparkSQL.

Responsibilities

• Data Extraction & Analysis: write optimized SQL for large-scale data queries.
• Python for Data: using Pandas/NumPy for wrangling, automation and ad-hoc analysis.
• BI & Visualization: design and maintain Power BI dashboards; explore Tableau/Metabase as needed.
• Notebook Collaboration: document and share insights with stakeholders.
