Job summary

Apexon Technology in Bengaluru seeks a Java Full Stack Developer to design, build, and maintain scalable web applications using Java, Spring Boot, and Angular 16+. You will work across frontend and backend, implement microservices, and ensure performance and security.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, IT, or related field.
• Hands-on experience in Java and Spring Framework.
• Experience building microservices with Spring Boot.
• Proficient in Angular 16+, TypeScript, HTML, and CSS.
• Strong SQL knowledge with Oracle, MySQL, PostgreSQL, or SQL Server.
• Experience with Git and version control.
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines and automated deployment.
• Agile/Scrum experience.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable web applications using Java, Spring Boot, and Angular 16+.
• Build, develop, and maintain RESTful microservices for new and existing functionalities.
• Develop responsive front-end components using Angular, TypeScript, HTML, and CSS.
• Design backend services following Microservices architecture principles.
• Write efficient SQL queries and manage database interactions for app development.
• Perform code enhancements, defect fixes, debugging, and optimization.
• Collaborate with QA, BAs, DevOps, and Product teams to deliver end-to-end solutions.
• Develop and consume REST APIs for frontend-backend integration.
• Ensure quality through unit tests, code reviews, and coding standards.
• Participate in design discussions, architecture reviews, and sprint planning.
• Troubleshoot production issues and support stability and continuous improvement.
• Follow Agile/Scrum methodologies and contribute to CD practices.

Java Full Stack Developer

We are seeking a highly skilled Java Full Stack Developer with strong expertise in Java, Spring Boot, Microservices, Angular 16+, and relational databases. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining scalable, secure, and high-performance enterprise web applications across both frontend and backend technologies. The role requires hands‑on experience in building modern microservices‑based applications, developing responsive user interfaces using Angular, integrating RESTful APIs, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver high‑quality software solutions. The ideal candidate should possess strong coding skills, excellent problem‑solving abilities, and experience working in Agile development environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable web applications using Java, Spring Boot, and Angular 16+.
• Build, develop, and maintain RESTful microservices for new and existing business functionalities.
• Develop responsive and reusable front‑end components using Angular, TypeScript, HTML, and CSS.
• Design and implement backend services following Microservices architecture principles.
• Write efficient SQL queries and manage database interactions for application development and reporting.
• Perform code enhancements, defect fixes, debugging, and performance optimization.
• Collaborate with QA, Business Analysts, DevOps Engineers, and Product Teams to deliver end‑to‑end solutions.
• Develop and consume REST APIs for frontend‑backend integration.
• Ensure application quality through unit testing, code reviews, and adherence to coding standards.
• Participate in technical design discussions, architecture reviews, and sprint planning activities.
• Troubleshoot production issues and support application stability and continuous improvement.
• Follow Agile/Scrum methodologies and contribute to continuous delivery practices.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Strong hands‑on experience in Java and Spring Framework.
• Experience developing applications using Spring Boot and Microservices architecture.
• Proficiency in Angular 16+, TypeScript, HTML, and CSS.
• Strong experience in designing and developing RESTful APIs.
• Solid understanding of SQL and relational databases such as Oracle, MySQL, PostgreSQL, or SQL Server.
• Experience with Git and version control systems.
• Hands‑on experience with CI/CD pipelines and automated deployment practices.
• Strong understanding of Object‑Oriented Programming (OOP) principles and software design patterns.
• Experience in application debugging, troubleshooting, and performance tuning.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and communication skills.
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum development environments.

Nice to Have

• Knowledge of Docker and Kubernetes.
• Experience with containerised application deployment.
• Familiarity with DevOps practices and automation tools.
• Understanding of security best practices for enterprise web applications.
• Experience with monitoring and logging tools.
• Relevant cloud or Java certifications are an added advantage.
