Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain full-stack applications using Java, Spring Boot, and modern web frameworks
• Build and optimize RESTful APIs and microservices for seamless integration across systems
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate business needs into technical specifications
• Ensure application security, scalability, and performance through best practices in code quality, testing, and monitoring
• Participate in agile development cycles including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, code reviews, and retrospectives
• Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve complex technical issues across the application stack
• Contribute to technical documentation, architecture design, and system improvement initiatives

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience)
• 4+ years of professional experience in full-stack development with a strong focus on Java and Spring ecosystem
• Proficiency in core Java (JDK 11+), Spring Boot, Hibernate, and REST API development
• Experience with front-end technologies including React, Angular, or Vue.js, along with modern CSS frameworks (e.g., Tailwind, Bootstrap)
• Hands-on experience with relational databases (e.g., PostgreSQL, MySQL) and NoSQL solutions (e.g., MongoDB)
• Familiarity with containerization tools (Docker, Kubernetes) and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP)
• Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies and CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, GitLab CI, etc.)
• Excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to work independently and in team settings
• Demonstrated ability to write clean, modular, and well-documented code with unit and integration testing (JUnit, Mockito)
• Experience with message brokers (e.g., Kafka, RabbitMQ) and caching mechanisms (e.g., Redis) is a plus
• Knowledge of DevSecOps principles and security best practices in application development
