Persistent Systems is seeking a Java Full Stack Lead in Pune to drive design, development, and delivery of scalable enterprise applications. You will lead both backend and frontend efforts with Java, Spring Boot, Angular, and REST APIs, while aligning with microservices and cloud-based architectures.

Responsibilities include API design, CI/CD, containers, and collaboration with stakeholders in an Agile setting. Strong communication and problem-solving skills are essential.

Qualifications

• 8–11 years of experience in full stack development.
• Hands-on backend and frontend expertise with Java, Spring Boot, Angular, REST APIs.
• Experience in microservices, cloud-based apps, and Agile methods.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain full-stack applications end-to-end.
• Build responsive UI using Angular and TypeScript.
• Develop and integrate REST APIs between frontend and backend.
• Optimize SQL and data access layers for performance.
• Collaborate with stakeholders and teams in Agile ceremonies.
• Implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines and deployments.

We are looking for a passionate Java Full Stack Lead with strong expertise in Java, Spring Boot, Angular, and REST APIs to develop scalable, high-performance enterprise applications. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in both backend and frontend development, microservices architecture, cloud-based applications, and Agile development practices.

What You'll Do:

• Design, develop, and maintain end-to-end full-stack applications.
• Build responsive and scalable user interfaces using Angular and TypeScript.
• Develop, consume, and integrate REST APIs with frontend and backend systems.
• Design and optimize SQL queries, database structures, and data access layers.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, architects, and development teams to deliver high-quality solutions.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, daily standups, reviews, and retrospectives.

• Implement API Management solutions to secure, publish, monitor, and manage APIs.

• Ensure adherence to coding standards, security best practices, and scalable design principles.
