We are seeking a highly skilled Java Full Stack Lead with 10 to 15 years of experience to join our dynamic engineering team in Pune. What You'll Do:

• Define technical direction and architecture strategy for enterprise-scale applications and platforms.
• Lead the design and development of scalable full-stack applications using Java, Spring Boot, React, and Microservices.

• Collaborate with product owners, business analysts, architects, and delivery teams to ensure successful project execution.
• Drive adoption of Agentic AI capabilities and AI-assisted development practices to improve engineering productivity.
• Establish software development standards, coding guidelines, and architectural best practices.
• Ensure production readiness by focusing on application security, reliability, scalability, and performance.
• Implement and promote automated testing, CI/CD pipelines, and DevOps practices.
• Provide technical governance and oversight across multiple projects and programs.

• Support complex troubleshooting, root-cause analysis, and performance optimization activities.

Expertise You'll Bring:

• 10 to 15 years of experience in Software Engineering and Enterprise Application Development.
• Strong expertise in Java, Spring Boot, and Enterprise Software Development.
• Proven experience designing and delivering large-scale Microservices-based solutions.
• Extensive experience with RESTful APIs and distributed system architectures.
• Expertise in system design, solution architecture, and technical strategy development.
• Demonstrated technical leadership across multiple engineering teams and enterprise programs.
• Hands-on experience with AWS and Azure cloud platforms.
• Strong understanding of cloud-native architecture patterns and application modernization.
• Experience defining and implementing architecture governance frameworks.
• Proven track record in platform transformation and technical roadmap execution.
• Expertise in application security, authentication, authorization, and secure coding practices.
• Strong experience with scalability engineering, reliability engineering, and high-availability systems.
• Experience implementing CI/CD pipelines, automated testing, and DevOps best practices.
• Knowledge of containerization technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes.
• Experience with distributed systems, event-driven architectures, and integration patterns.
• Exposure to Agentic AI, Generative AI, and AI-assisted software engineering practices.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
