Persistent in Pune is seeking a Senior Full Stack AI Engineer / Dev Lead with 8 to 12 years of experience to architect and deliver enterprise‑grade applications using Java, React, Azure, and AI. You will drive design, development, and delivery across cross‑functional teams in a cloud‑first, AI‑enabled environment.

You will lead technical direction, mentor engineers, and ensure security, scalability, and performance while delivering high‑quality software aligned with business goals.

Qualifications

• 8 to 12 years of experience in full-stack software development.
• Hands-on Java backend development and modern backend frameworks.
