• Drive adoption of microservices, API-first, event-driven, and cloud-native architecture patterns.
• Architect DevOps and DevSecOps platforms, including CI/CD pipelines, IaC, automation, and observability solutions.
• Collaborate with business leaders, product teams, and engineering to translate business goals into scalable technology outcomes.
• Provide technical leadership, architecture reviews, solution workshops, and support for transformation proposals and strategic initiatives.

About Position:

We are seeking a Principal/Senior Architect to lead enterprise-wide digital transformation and application modernization initiatives. This role will define target-state architectures, drive cloud adoption strategies, and guide engineering teams in building scalable, secure solutions. The ideal candidate brings deep expertise in Full Stack Engineering, Cloud-Native Architectures, DevOps, and Legacy Modernization.

What You'll Do:

• Define and govern enterprise and solution architectures for large-scale digital transformation programs.
• Lead modernization of legacy applications through rehosting, replatforming, refactoring, re-architecting, and cloud migration strategies.
• Drive adoption of microservices, API-first, event-driven, and cloud-native architecture patterns.
• Architect DevOps and DevSecOps platforms, including CI/CD pipelines, Infrastructure as Code, automation, and observability solutions.

Expertise You'll Bring:

• Extensive experience in enterprise architecture, full stack engineering, and large-scale application modernization programs.
• Strong expertise in cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP, along with containerization technologies including Docker and Kubernetes.
• Hands-on knowledge of modern development frameworks including React, Angular, Java Spring Boot, .NET Core, Node.js, and Python.
• Proven experience designing microservices, event-driven systems, distributed architectures, and API-led integrations.
• Strong understanding of DevOps, CI/CD, Infrastructure as Code, DevSecOps, security architecture, and governance frameworks.
• Excellent stakeholder management, consulting, and communication skills with the ability to influence technical and business leadership.
