Satcon Technologies in Mumbai is seeking a Senior Software Engineer for Java Full Stack work. The role focuses on enterprise-scale backend services with strong Java and Spring Boot, and includes modern frontend work with React or Angular.

You will design RESTful APIs, apply solid OOP, testing, and performance tuning while collaborating in an Agile environment with business stakeholders in the BFSI domain. Experience in financial services and ownership of delivery are valued.

Formación

• 6+ years of software engineering experience with enterprise-scale applications.
• Strong Java backend development experience.
• Experience with backend Python frameworks and API services.
• Strong understanding of REST APIs, OOP, error handling, testing, debugging, and performance optimization.
• Full-stack exposure with React or Angular as a secondary skill.
• Experience delivering in Agile environments with code reviews, testing, releases, and production-quality software.

6+ years of software engineering experience, preferably working on complex, enterprise-scale applications.

• Strong hands-on Java development experience as the primary backend skill.
• Experience developing backend applications and services using Python frameworks such as Springboot
• Good understanding of REST APIs, object-oriented programming, error handling, testing, debugging, and performance optimization.
• Full-stack development exposure with React, Angular, or an equivalent modern UI framework as a secondary skill.
• Strong understanding of software engineering principles, clean coding practices, application design, and production troubleshooting.
• Ability to work independently, handle ambiguity, drive technical tasks/projects, and take accountability for delivery and outcomes.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with technical teams and business stakeholders.
• Experience working in Agile delivery environments with exposure to development, code reviews, testing, releases, and production-quality software delivery.
• Experience in financial services, banking, BFSI, investment management, financial markets, or capital markets.
