Qualifications

• 6+ years of software engineering experience on enterprise-scale applications.
• Strong hands-on Java development as the primary backend skill.
• Experience developing backend apps and services with Python frameworks such as Spring Boot.
• Good understanding of REST APIs, OOP, error handling, testing and debugging, and performance optimization.
• Full-stack exposure with React/Angular as a secondary skill.
• Strong software engineering principles, clean coding, design and production troubleshooting.
• Ability to work independently, handle ambiguity, drive tasks and deliver outcomes.
• Strong verbal and written communication for technical and business stakeholders.
• Experience in Agile delivery environments with development, reviews, testing, releases, and production-quality delivery.
• Experience in financial services/BFSI or related capital markets environments.

• Full-stack development exposure with React, Angular, or an equivalent modern UI framework as a secondary skill.
