• We are looking for a skilled full stack development with 8+ years of strong experience with a strong focus on Java and React JS.
• The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in Java, Spring Framework, and Hibernate and extensive experience with front-end technologies, including React JS, HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript*

• Full Stack Development: Design, develop, and maintain robust and scalable web applications using Java for the back-end and React JS for the front-end.
• System Integration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate various systems and ensure seamless data flow and functionality.
• Code Quality: Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code, and conduct code reviews to ensure adherence to best practices and coding standards.
• Performance Optimization: Identify and resolve performance bottlenecks and optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability.
• Technical Leadership: Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers and contribute to the continuous improvement of development processes and tools.
• Requirement Analysis: Work closely with business analysts and stakeholders to gather and analyses requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
• Testing and Debugging: Develop and execute unit tests, integration tests, and end-to-end tests to ensure the quality and reliability of the applications.
• Documentation: Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for all developed software, including design documents, technical specifications, and user guides.
