Java Full Stack Developer with React (3-5 Years)

• Core Development Expertise: Requires a Bachelors degree in CS/Engineering and 35 years of hands-on development experience. Must demonstrate core proficiency in Java/Spring Boot, React for front-end development, and SQL for database management, alongside specialized expertise in RESTful API design, AVRO/gRPC, and event-driven architectures using Kafka.
• Infrastructure & Agile Environment: Demands practical experience in Agile development processes and managing CI/CD pipelines (e.g., Jenkins, GitLab CI, GitHub Actions, Azure DevOps) within major cloud environments (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
• Modern Productivity & Soft Skills: Necessitates proficiency in AI-assisted development tools and prompt engineering for productivity, alongside strong analytical, troubleshooting, problem-solving, and collaboration capabilities.
  

Preferred Skills

• Modern Engineering & Systems: Proficiency in modern Java (Streams, Lambda Expressions, Functional Programming) combined with experience building high-volume, distributed systems, utilizing containerization (Docker, Kubernetes), and applying stream processing technologies like Apache Spark or Apache Flink.
