Job summary

Pasona in India seeks a Senior Executive to liaise with Japanese management and local customers from its Bangalore/Tumkur offices. You will accompany the MD on visits, translate between Japanese and English, and help prepare presentations in both languages.

The role focuses on building relationships, identifying opportunities, coordinating with internal teams, and supporting sales expansion while traveling as required.

Qualifications

• JLPT N3 or higher required.
• Experience in manufacturing sales, technical sales, business development or customer-facing roles.
• Experience interpreting or working with Japanese management preferred.
• Fresh candidates with strong Japanese communication and presentation ability may be considered.
• Age around 27–35 years.
• Strong presentation and communication skills; confident before customers and management.
