Job summary

NIIT is looking for a Japanese Language Expert in Gurgaon with 5 days WFO. Immediate joiner required. The role focuses on training coordination, scheduling, enrollment, and LMS management across global regions.

You will act as a primary contact for clients, trainers, and internal teams, handling learner communications and escalations while driving efficiencies and quality in learning operations.

Qualifications

• End-to-end training coordination experience
• Experience coordinating schedules enrollment and logistics
• Multilingual capability is preferred (French, Spanish, German, Japanese, etc.)
• Proficiency with LMS platforms and MS Office tools

Responsibilities
