Job summary

NIIT in Gurgaon is seeking a French Language Expert (Canadian region) to join on-site. Immediate joiner preferred; 5 Days WFO.

You'll coordinate end-to-end training, support multilingual delivery, manage LMS activities, and prepare training reports. Strong communication, organizational skills, and multilingual capability are highly valued to operate in a global, fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Coordinate end-to-end training: scheduling, enrollment, logistics, and execution.
• Support multilingual training delivery across global regions.
• Act as primary contact for clients, trainers, and internal stakeholders.
• Handle learner communications, queries and escalations.
• Coordinate with vendors and delivery teams for smooth execution.
• Manage LMS activities: course setup, enrollments, tracking, reporting.
• Prepare reports, dashboards, and training metrics.
• Identify process improvements to boost efficiency and learner experience.
• Strong experience in training coordination or learning operations.
• Multilingual capability (French/Spanish/German/Japanese preferred).
• Proficiency in LMS platforms and MS Excel/PowerPoint.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong organization and multitasking abilities.
• Analytical mindset with attention to detail.
• Ability to work in a global, fast-paced environment.
