Job summary

Interactcrm in Mumbai is seeking a skilled IVR developer to participate in requirement sessions, design and implement self-service IVR applications, and deploy them at customer environments.

You will contribute to unit testing, collaborate during system integration testing and UAT rollout, provide QA during testing cycles, and offer analysis and production support to resolve issues in live systems.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years’ Experience with Avaya Platform – Voice/Experience Portal, Dialog/Orchestration Designer.
• Hands-on experience building self-service speech recognition IVR systems in an open architecture, including VXML, CCXML, web SOA, Nuance, using Avaya Dialog/Orchestration Designer.
• Need Java/J2EE expertise having knowledge of IDE like Eclipse.
• Must be having basic working knowledge of Contact Center components like Switches, IVR Server, App Server, CTI Server, and Database Server.
• Candidate must possess Good communication skills.
