Job summary

Ienergizer in India (Uttar Pradesh, Dadri) seeks a seasoned Telecom Engineer to design, implement, and manage voice and data telecom environments. Requirements include a Bachelor’s in engineering or Avaya certification, 5+ years in telecom engineering, and strong Avaya CM/SM knowledge with SBCs and trunk creation between devices.

Linux, VMware, and SQL/Oracle experience are preferred. You will work with internal teams and vendors, document solutions, and support project management tasks.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or Avaya certification.
• 5+ years work experience as Telecom Engineer.
• Solid knowledge of voice or data communications technology normally attained through a minimum of six years in communications assignments, including three years in project management assignments necessary.
• Strong knowledge of Avaya Communication Manager, Session Manager, and trunk creation between devices.
• Knowledge of Linux OS.
• Knowledge of VMware environment.
• Experience implementing and managing SBCs. (Oracle, Avaya, etc)
• Familiarity with SQL and Oracle Databases.
• Experience with Automation. (Ansible, GIT, and Python)
• Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Must possess strong problem resolution skills.
• Good communication and documentation skills.
• Ability to make knowledgeable decisions.
• Strong work ethic and organized work habits.
• Ability to interface well with internal groups and vendors.
• IVR experience is desirable.
• Strong ability to diagram and design telecom environments preferred.
