Job summary

Digitide in India is seeking a skilled Telecom and IVR Engineer to support, develop, and troubleshoot IVR solutions and telecom infrastructure.

You will collaborate with development, support, and client teams to ensure seamless operation of IVR applications, and contribute to end-to-end IVR testing and issue resolution.

Proficiency in Java or Python, SOAP/REST APIs, VXML, and PBX systems is required, with GEN AI knowledge a plus.

Qualifications

• Programming experience in Java or Python with GEN AI knowledge.
• Experience with Soap and REST APIs development.
• Hands-on knowledge of Voice XML (VXML) and IVR call flows.
• Familiarity with call Center PBX systems and Genesys PBX is a plus.
• End-to-end IVR flow testing and production issue troubleshooting.
