Job summary

Alcor seeks an experienced ServiceNow Developer to design, implement, and govern event management and AIOps solutions. You will architect MID Server integrations, build flows in Flow Designer, and ensure scalable automation across IT Operations.

You will collaborate with product owners and cross-functional teams to deliver end-to-end solutions, maintain documentation, and drive continuous improvement in monitoring and remediation capabilities.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on implementation experience with ServiceNow Event Management & AIOps.
• Strong expertise in MID Server architecture.
• Agent Client Collector experience.
• REST integrations and JavaScript & PowerShell scripting.
• Flow Designer / IntegrationHub experience.
• ServiceNow CMDB & CSDM framework experience.
• Knowledge of event correlation, impact analysis, and automated remediation.
• Experience in Agile/Scrum delivery environments.
• Strong documentation and stakeholder communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate in Agile ceremonies and cross-functional delivery teams.
• Provide documentation, training, and handover for developed solutions.
• Maintain high-quality coding standards and conduct peer reviews.

Key Responsibilities

CMDB & CSDM Governance

• Good understanding about CMDB and CSDM Framework

Collaboration & Delivery

• Participate in Agile ceremonies (daily standups, sprint planning, retrospectives).
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (operations, monitoring, security, cloud) to deliver integrated solutions.
• Provide documentation, training, and handover for developed solutions.
• Ensure high-quality coding standards and conduct peer reviews.

Required Experience & Skills

• 5+ years of hands‑on implementation experience with ServiceNow Event Management & AIOps.
• Strong expertise in:
• MID Server architecture

• Flow Designer / IntegrationHub
• Experience with ServiceNow CMDB & CSDM framework.

• Ability to work collaboratively as part of a global agile team.

Preferred Qualifications:

• ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist Event Management.
• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator or Certified Application Developer.
• Experience with cloud monitoring tools (e.g., Azure Monitor, Agent Client Collector).
• Implementation Experience of Agent Client Collector.
• Experience with Metric Intelligence and Health Log Analytics will be considered an added advantage.
• Strong problem‑solving and analytical skills.
