Job summary

Flexera Administration in Hyderabad seeks an IT asset management professional to administer and optimize Flexera tools, ensure licensing compliance, and improve efficiency across departments.

You will monitor system health, generate usage reports, support end-users, and collaborate with IT and Procurement to control software costs while staying up to date with Flexera updates.

Qualifications

• Administering and optimizing Flexera's suite of IT asset management tools.
• Work closely with various departments to ensure compliance, improve efficiency, and maximize the value of IT investments.
• Administer and configure Flexera IT asset management tools.
• Monitor and maintain the health of Flexera systems and applications
• Develop and implement policies and procedures for software licensing compliance.
• Collaborate with the IT and Procurement teams to optimize software usage and costs.
• Generate and analyze reports on software usage, license compliance and audit readiness
• Provide technical support and training to end-users and stakeholders.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Flexera Solutions
• Keep abreast of updates and new features in Flexera products
