Required Technical Skill Set: Flexera Tool Implementation, Software license handling for Microsoft and Oracle (Software Asset Management)

Desired Experience Range: 4-10 Years

Role descriptions / Expectations from the Role

• Publisher onboarding & ELP creation in Flexera tool for all publishers
• Review compliance position for the onboarded publishers and take action in order to be compliant
• Review license contracts & maintenance agreements and respond to compliance audits
• Manage inventory alerts in flexera and prepare reports to show the inventory accuracy
• Manage license true up & reconciliation
• Manage unlicensed, unmanaged & unauthorized installations
• Manage integrations (VMware, ITAM, SaaS API)
• Manage issues related to flexera beacon servers & agent deployments
• Hands on experience working on ServiceNow CMDB
• Hands on Flexera tool & Technical licensing on Microsoft & Oracle or any other major vendors
