Job summary

HRassistance India Consultancy LLP is seeking an IT Recruiter to own end-to-end recruitment lifecycle in Pune. The role requires coordinating interviews, screening candidates, drafting job descriptions, and building talent pipelines to attract top talent.

You will maintain dashboards using MS Excel/ATS tools and perform salary benchmarking to ensure competitive offers. Strong English communication is a plus.

Qualifications

• Own end-to-end recruitment lifecycle from requirement gathering with hiring managers to final offer closure.
• Source and attract talent through job boards, social media, referrals, and networking for mid to senior-level positions.
• Screen and evaluate candidates via resume reviews, competency assessments, and structured interviews.
• Coordinate and drive interview processes scheduling, panel alignment, candidate preparation, and timely feedback collection.
• Draft and refine job descriptions in collaboration with business leaders to ensure role clarity and market alignment.
• Maintain recruitment dashboards and reports using MS Excel/ATS tools, tracking pipeline health and hiring metrics.
• Conduct salary benchmarking and negotiate offers to ensure competitive and fair compensation practices.
• Build talent pipelines for critical roles and proactively engage passive candidates.
• Represent the organization at recruitment drives/events to strengthen employer branding and attract top talent.
• Provide strategic inputs to improve hiring processes and contribute to overall recruiter productivity.
